Yes. We're based in Ureña (Táchira, Venezuela) and cover the whole border region, including Cúcuta and Norte de Santander in Colombia. For brands that need content from this part of Latin America, we provide a local crew and production on the ground. For locations outside the region, contact us and we'll assess the travel.

Yes. Briefs, creative reviews and approvals can all happen online, and we share cuts through review links so your team can give feedback from anywhere. Most projects can be completed without anyone from your side having to travel.

We deliver in the formats each channel needs: horizontal 16:9 for web and TV, vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories, and square cuts when required. A single shoot can produce a main piece plus social cutdowns, photography and short teasers. We agree on the full list of deliverables before production starts.

Short pieces such as teasers or social cutdowns are usually ready within a week of the shoot, and full productions typically take three to six weeks, depending on scope and review rounds. If you're working toward a launch date, tell us early and we'll plan the schedule backwards from it.

Yes. We offer monthly content plans for brands that need a steady flow of material. In a single shoot day we produce several pieces — reels, photos and short videos — with a consistent visual line and a publishing calendar. It's the most cost-effective option for brands that post often.

Every project is quoted individually, because the cost depends on scope: shoot days, crew, locations, the level of post-production and the deliverables you need. Send us your brief and we'll reply with a clear proposal covering scope, timeline and budget, with no hidden fees.

We accept payment in US dollars and other methods agreed for each project. Work is usually booked with an initial deposit, with the balance due on delivery. We confirm the most convenient payment method for your company when the project is approved.
